The Government of Balochistan notified a new administrative structure on 12 July 2026, expanding the province from 8 divisions to 11. Quetta district was divided into Quetta East and Quetta West, a new Pishin Division was created, Kalat Division was replaced by the Khuzdar and Lasbela divisions, and Sibi Division was renamed.
The district lists used across this portal — registration forms, club and athlete filters, and district sports office records — follow that notification. Where a district was newly created, registrations recorded under the former district name are retained as submitted.
