Terms of use
Balochistan Sports Board
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses the KhelBalochistan portal, operated by the Balochistan Sports Board under the Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Government of Balochistan.
Who may register
Registration is open to athletes, coaches, referees, club officials, clubs and associations connected with sport in Balochistan.
One person may hold one registration only. CNIC and B-Form numbers are checked against existing records, and duplicate applications will be refused.
A person under 18 may register with the consent of a parent or guardian, whose name is recorded with the registration.
Accurate information
You must give true and complete information. Giving false particulars — in particular a false identity number or date of birth — may result in the registration being cancelled, and may be referred to the department for further action.
You are responsible for keeping your own details up to date.
Approval is not automatic
Submitting an application does not create a registration. Applications are checked in two stages: the relevant association verifies the applicant, and the Sports Board then records the registration and issues a number.
The Sports Board may approve, refuse or withdraw a registration. Where a registration is refused, the reason recorded is communicated to the applicant.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Accounts held by departmental staff carry access to other people's personal information. Sharing such an account, or its password, is a serious matter and may be treated as a disciplinary issue.
Cards and verification
Registration numbers and membership cards issued through this portal remain the property of the Sports Board and may be withdrawn.
The public verification page may be used to check whether a card is genuine. It must not be used to build a collection of information about registered members.
Fees
Registration on the provincial register is free. Memberships of Sports Board facilities carry fees set by the department, which are shown before an application is made and are payable as the department directs.
Availability
The department will keep the portal running as reliably as it can, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where the portal is unavailable, registrations may be made in person at a District Sports Office.
For any question or request about your data, contact the Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Ayub Sports Complex, Quetta, or use the contact form on this portal.
