Players, coaches, referees, clubs and associations register through this portal for any sport. Applications are checked in two stages. First the relevant district or provincial association verifies the applicant — associations hold the authoritative record of who genuinely plays and which clubs exist. The Sports Board then records the registration and issues a registration number.
Every registration number and membership card issued by the Board can be checked by anyone from the Verify page, which confirms the holder's name, sport and status without exposing personal details such as CNIC, address or telephone number.
CNIC and B-Form numbers are checked against existing records so the same person cannot be registered twice.
